Giampaolo Pasquile, arranger and producer, who has had over 150 releases exceeding 5 Million Units Sold and over 10M streamed tracks per year.
Awarded with Platinum for his work on the arrangement and production of the song “Natale Din Don Dan” sung by Gino Paoli and Roby Matano and n.3 Gospel Music Awards for his work as producer on “A Christmas Song For You” – Non-solo-gospel.
Giampaolo trained as a pianist, arranger and composer, studying at the CPM Music Institute in Milan, and has since been enriched by the invaluable hands-on experience working with numerous Italian and foreign artists as well as steady and prolific contact with recording studios in the United States which allowed him to become more involved in the international recording world.
In 2005 he founded the record label PLAY in Milan, which boasts over 15,000 productions of classical, pop, independent, jazz, latin, dance, and disco, some of which are constantly present in the charts of iTunes, Spotify and Deezer .
In 2006, Giampaolo met Roby Matano, a renowned Italian music talent scout and began a close collaboration with him that led him in 2009 at the beginning of their fruitful partnership with the historic record label and publishers `SAAR Records` Milan, who engaged, inter alia, the republication of several albums in the catalog / brand “Jolly”.
In 2014 attended the masterclass at the studio La Fabrique in Avignon – France, taught by Tony Maserati, producer and sound engineer for artists such as Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Jason Mraz, James Brown, Mariah Carey, Notorious BIG, Black Eyed Peas, Destiny’s Child, R. Kelly, Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, Puff Daddy and Tupac Shakur.
Later on he also took part at the seminars of multi grammy producers such like: Al Schmitt, Andrew Scheps, Chris Lord – Aldge, Greg Wells, Joe Chiccarelli, Eddie Kramer, Michael Brauer, Mick Guzauski, Tchad Blake and John Paterno.
Than, in the academic year 2014/2015 Giampaolo attended Berklee College of Music in Boston for studying Advanced Mix and Mastering Techniques.
In September 2016 Giampaolo gives life to a project conceived by him and with his inseparable collaborator Michele Garruti, produce an album titled “We All Love Burt Bacharach”, which contains No.13 hits of the american composer among them: I Say a Little Prayer, Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head, A House is Not a Home, I’ll Never Fall in Love Again, The Look Of Love etc.. revisited in a jazz arrangement, played by musicians like Peter Erskine (Wheater Report) Bob Mintzer (Yellow Jackets), Darek Oles, Kathleen Grace, Michael Stever and Aaron Serfaty. As well as artistic producer, Giampaolo has also mixed the album as engineer and will be released by his own record company, PLAY in collaboration with Oracle Records Ltd on November 4, 2016.
Note: Since 2010, making use of his closest colleague and collaborator Michele Garruti, Eng.Antonio La Gatta (Consorzio Veneto Ricerca) and Doc. Millo Achille Beltrame, Giampaolo has created the project “We Hear The World” based on a study dedicated to one type of audio production suitable for wearers listening “Cochlear Implant”.
